The Spode Museum contains hundreds of examples of early Blue and White printed earthenware, in many different pattern series and in a large variety of shapes.  The images on this page show the detail and the outstanding quality of the engravings from which the prints were taken.  All these pieces date from before 1820, and the patterns illustrated are "Caramanian", "Indian Sporting" and "Tiber"
