Two plates in Felspar Porcelain from one of the substantial dessert services at the Spode Museum. 

This spectacular service was made around 1822, each piece being hand decorated with two different botanical specimens, collected by the botanist William Curtis in the late 18th Century, which he had illustrated and published in Curtis's Botanical Magazine.
