A painting of the Trusty Servant, by William Cave (1809) hangs at Winchester College. An earlier wall painting of the same subject, also at Winchester College, dates back to around 1579. This is a suite of wares made for the Winchester retailer, Hayter & Stickland. Late 19th and early 20th century.
